Mukesh General Store operates from Rasoiya Dhamna, Barhi, Jharkhand.

We provide grocery and daily-use products for home delivery in our service area.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed through our website.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order due to product availability, delivery issues, or any other reason.

In case an order is rejected, you will be notified and any prepaid amount will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment options: Online UPI (9931536519@ybl / 9905774504@ybl) or Cash on Delivery (COD).

In case of a pricing error, the order may be cancelled and the user will be informed.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are mentioned in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, heavy traffic, or operational issues.

5. Product Availability

Some products may be temporarily unavailable. You may choose to remove/replace the item or wait if restocking is possible.

6. User Responsibilities

Provide correct name, address, and contact details.

Ensure availability at the delivery time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control.
