Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, if the order hasn’t been packed.

Once packed or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refunds

Refunds apply only for prepaid orders.

You will receive a refund if:

The order was cancelled by us

A prepaid item is out of stock

You received a wrong or damaged product (must inform within 2 hours of delivery)

Refund Timelines

UPI Refund: 2–3 business days

Bank Account Refund: 3–5 business days

If the customer gives a wrong address

If customer is unavailable at delivery

If the order was delivered correctly
